Row 120 Minutes for the 120 Kids Diagnosed with Brain Cancer
We’re inviting teams of 4-6 members to row their hearts out for brain cancer, competing in a 120 minute relay challenge for the 120 kids (under 12 years of age) who are diagnosed with brain cancer each year.
Entry is free, however we ask all teams who plan to compete to commit to a $1000 fundraising target. and participants who fundraise $25 or more will receive a limited edition Connor’s Erg singlet. Teams are also required to bring their own erg.
EVENT DAY TIMING
8.30am: Erg bump in
Teams are required to transport their own Erg to Greenfields
9.00am: Participant Arrival

Outline of challenge rules
9.30am: Air Horn to start Challenge
11.30am: Air Horn to end Challenge
Adjudicators will record distance for each team to determine 1st, 2nd, 3rd place for each category
11.45am: Connor Cup Trophy presented to the winning team
11.30-12.30pm: Light lunch plus beer, wine and champagne served
12:30pm: Bump out ergs
FAQs
Teams can be between 4-6 people.
When registering, you’ll have the option to join an existing team or create a new one. If your team isn’t listed, you’ll need to create it.
Tips for Creating Your Team:
- Unique Team Name: Each team needs a unique name. For example, if your gym has multiple teams, you could name them “Gym 1,” “Gym 2,” or something creative and distinctive.
- Team Composition: Teams can be all-male, all-female, or mixed gender.
- Team Size: Teams can have up to 6 members maximum.
- Registration Requirement: Everyone who wants to participate must complete their own registration.
Does it cost anything to register?
It is free to register for Connor's Erg. If you are participating in the one-day challenge we ask teams FUNdraise $1000. To receive our limited edition tank, individuals need to have at least $25 on their FUNdraising page.
What do I need to bring on the day?
Teams must bring their own erg machine. On the day individuals are encouraged to bring a drink bottle and wear their Erg singlets.
Complimentary refreshments will be available after the event.
